In KL

Well here I am. I arrived yesterday after a surprisingly comfortable flight, with a bulkhead seat by the window so I zoned out/ napped/ dozed/ neither slept nor woke throughout. I wisely didn’t eat anything: PIA’s food has become foul in recent years. I wish they’d stick with their much beloved biryani and Shezan style sandwiches. The tea is also dire, but that has long been the case. Anyhow I arrived, unpacked, showered, sat down to make a list of the many things I have to do before leaving, and blinked to realise an hour had passed and there was a massive thunderstorm outside. The thunderstorm badly delayed the Gentleman Friend’s arrival – after a 12 hour flight, he had an hour at immigration, followed by a two hour journey through traffic into KL. But he is here and I am here and tomorrow morning we leave for Seoul.

The flat is looking very good though there is a dusting of mould on all leather goods. I will have to take the tea tree oil to it when I get back, no time for anything now.
