A flicker of hope this morning as my computer came on for a few seconds, seemingly in the same state as I’d left it on Saturday. It immediately went out again but it seems at least that the data at least is still there. I should have gone for the repair today but my feet are not feeling capable of bearing me without dissolving into a bloody mush. Maybe tomorrow. Such misery. I feel very sorry for myself.
