Up and away

I left work early, by which I mean at the time when we are supposed to leave on Fridays, as I was planning to catch the Daewoo to Lahore. This I did, though it felt a very long journey. It is lovely to be back with my father. Slowly it has started feeling a little more like home again, though it will never be the same since my mother’s death and with my long time living away.

A slightly dangerous business, coming to Lahore though, as there is a deadline on Wednesday and hard to get anything done in Lahore. I slow down here, measuring life in cups of tea.
